Deborah Verna Coffey, age 60 of Altoona, Kansas passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Medicalodges Nursing home in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Deborah was born on December 9, 1956 in Neodesha, Kansas to Douglas Ford and Dorothy (Brown) Andres. She grew up in Fredonia, Kansas also attending school in Fredonia graduating from Fredonia High School. In 1974 she married Arthur (Butch) Leroy Robertson, they made their home in Chanute, Kansas, the couple later divorced. Deborah married Ron Coffey in 1989 in Coffeyville, the couple later divorced. Deborah found her soul mate and best friend, Ron Hill, together they shared a wonderful life together.

Deborah worked at Pizza Hut, Bethesda Nursing Home and CRMC as a Medical Aide, she also drove a bus for the Caney Valley School District. Deborah's joy and blessing to her life were her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory, soul mate, Ron Hill of Altoona, Kansas; son, Chad Robertson of Coffeyville, Kansas; daughters, Cassandra Thornbrugh of Coffeyville, Kansas, Amanda Emberson of Nowata, Oklahoma; brothers, Steve Garber of Neodesha, Kansas, Ron Garber of Coffeyville, Kansas; grandchildren, Brittany, Gabrielle, and Alexandra Robertson, Damien and Gabriel Thornbrugh, Joshua DeGood, Kyle, Kaleb, Kaylor, and Kinnley Cook, Gemma Emberson.

Funeral services celebrating the life of Deborah will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, Kansas.
