Andre L. Newton

Andre L. Newton, age 64, of Coffeyville, Kansas, passed away on May 8, 2025, at Ascension St. John's Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Born to Herman and Betty Charlotte (Hurd) Newton in Coffeyville, Andre spent his childhood in the community where he attended school and graduated from Field Kindley Memorial High School. He made a meaningful contribution to his community through his work at Acme Foundry.

Andre was deeply devoted to his family, taking great pride in his children and grandchildren. He cherished every moment spent with them and loved to introduce them to everyone he met. In addition to his family, Andre had a passion for sports, particularly as an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, relishing Sunday afternoons spent cheering on his team.

A complete obituary with details of a memorial service will be shared once they become available. The family wishes to honor Andre’s memory, and Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel has been entrusted with his cremation services.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
