Carol Sue Conger

Carol Sue Conger age 75 passed away on October 18, 2023, at CRMC with family by her side.

Carol was born on January 22, 1948, to Veron Howard and Wanda Louise (Battaglear) Conger in Coffeyville, Kansas where she has resided her entire life. She attended Coffeyville schools, graduating from FKHS she began working.  She was employed at Jencast where she retired from after many years of being a dedicated worker.

Though Carol never married and had children of her own she was a nurturing aunt that always had time to play, to listen and tend to her nieces’ and nephews’ very want and need. Each of them felt very blessed to have her in their lives.

The last ten years Carol and her brother Larry Joe have resided in the family residence helping each other through their health journey’s. It was a true blessing to have spent the time together and being able to help each other. In her spare time Carol enjoyed crocheting, reading, cooking and her favorite was shopping. 

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, and the family will hold a private family service laying Carol to rest with her parents.  To leave a message of condolence or share a memory visit www.fordwulfbrunschapel.com
