LaTiesha Rachelle McDaniel Ward, 39, of Coffeyville, Kansas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at her home.

She was born on July 26, 1974 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Fred McDaniel, Jr. and Marie McDaniel Johnson. She grew up in Coffeyville where she received her high school education from Field Kindley High School. She moved to Dallas, Texas in 1994 and went to Executive Secretary School. She worked in communications and debt collection until she moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2013 and worked for Citi Group. She was a member of the Sardis First Missionary Baptist Church in Coffeyville. She will be remembered fondly for her fun loving spirit. She was always joking around and making those around her laugh.

She leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Marie McDaniel Johnson and her stepfather, Robert of Coffeyville, Kansas sister, Angela McDaniel of Coffeyville, Kansas brother, Fred McDaniel III of Coffeyville, Kansas step brother Tony Johnson, of Texas, step sisters, Kim Johnson of Dallas, Texas, Martini Johnson of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Meko Johnson of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Roddrick Ward of Dallas, Texas. Host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred McDaniel, Jr. and twin sisters.

Home Going Services will be held on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sardis First Missionary Baptist Church in Coffeyville. Rev. Dr. V.O. Horn will officiate. Burial will follow at Veterans Patio at Fairview Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 10am8pm. Family will greet friends Thursday evening at FordWulfBruns Chapel from 68pm. The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society these may be left with the funeral home.
