Lisa Lea Sisco

Surrounded by her family, whom she loved deeply is exactly how Lisa Lea (Graham) Sisco wanted her last day on earth to look like.  Her daughter’s and grandchildren held her hand as she passed on Monday, March 11, 2024, at her home in Coffeyville, Kansas at the age of 61 after battling years of health issues.

April 19, 1962, Lisa was born in Pheonix, Arizona to Floyd and Barbara (Nicholson) Graham.  When she was a young girl, the family moved to Coffeyville where she attended Edgewood Elementary and completed her education at Field Kindley Memorial High School.  Prior to her health declining she worked as an activity director at a long-term care facility.

Lisa’s greatest accomplishment was being a mom to two daughters, Lacie and Amanda.  Her next greatest accomplishment was being a grandma, she loved her girls and her grandchildren with her whole heart. Her life and daily activities revolved around her family.  Her grandchildren reminisce about the hours she spent with them crafting, doing ceramics, and sharing a cold Coke-A-Cola.  She loved to crochet, she had a green thumb adorning both the inside and outside with beautiful plants and garden Gnomes.  Lisa always welcomed her daughter’s friends and grandchildren’s friends in her home, loving them just like her own. Her love language was gift giving, she didn’t have a selfish bone in her body.  She taught them all to always check out the clearance isle, especially at Wal-Mart because you never knew what you bargain you could find.

Lisa has spent the last 38 years with her lifelong partner and best friend Harold Caldwell, and he was a blessing to her daughters and grandchildren too.  Our family wants the world to know life is short so don’t ever take it for granted because what we wouldn’t do to have one more day with our daughter, momma, grandma, and friend.  Lisa is survived by her mom Barbara Graham and her legacy will live on through her daughter's Lacie Sisco, Amanda Jo Adame and husband Aaron; grandchildren Sherrick Rogers and Nadia, Brennden Graham and Chloe, Xavion Neal and Curstin, Alairia Blue, Breylan Graham, KJ Savage, Taylor Beard, Jayla Duede and great grandchildren Brennden Graham Jr., Cairo Graham, Adonis Neal and one on the way.

Lisa’s request was for cremation to take place under the direction of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel and for her family to hold a private family service.  A final place of remembrance is in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with her brother Jesse Lee Graham III.  She is also at rest with her dad Floyd E. Graham Jr. and her little dog Sophie. To leave an online condolence or to share a memory visit www.fordwulfbrunschapel.com
