Mary Todd

Mary Ellen Todd age 92 of Collinsville, OK passed away on November 19, 2017 at her grandson's home in Coffeyville.

Mary was born on October 1, 1925 in Coffeyville to Lawrence and Clara (Hedrick) Plummer. She attended local schools and graduated from Field Kindley High School. She continued her education Coffeyville Business School. Mary was united in marriage to John Edward Todd on January 16, 1960. Mary started her working career at Rita's Café, she then went to work for the Cherryvale Garment Company, and then she retired after 27 years of service with Sears warehouse in Tulsa. Mary has been a member of Faith Fellowship Church in Collinsville for the past 17 years; she devoted her life to her church and her church family. She was faithful in her daily Bible readings. Anytime there was going to be a meal served at the church, Mary knew her famous goulash would be requested. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and the company of her two cats.

Mary's memories will live on with her grandson Kennen Simmons his wife Cyndi, her son-in-law Ralph Anthony, great-grandchildren Robert Alexander Campbell, Austin Robert Covel, and Gabby Lynn Simmons.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Todd, and her daughter Jonina Karol (Lytle) Anthony.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 1:00pm at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Robbins Cemetery. Friends are invited to sign the register and greet the family on Friday, November 24, 2017 at the Chapel from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The family suggests memorials be made payable to Faith Fellowship Church and they may be sent in care of the Chapel.
