Mike Emery

Mike Emery, age 61, of Coffeyville, KS, passed away on December 14, 2016 at his home.

Mike was born on October 20, 1955 to Kenneth and Joycelyn Emery. He attended Coffeyville schools, graduating from Field Kindley High School in 1973. He took machine shop at Vo-Tech and worked as a machinist in Hutchinson, Tulsa, and currently at M&M Engineered Products in Coffeyville. Mike was a classic car enthusiast, currently working on a 1963 Chevy Impala. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He was on the planning board for Coffeyville Community College to start the Machine shop program.

Left to honor his memory are, his wife Pam Mangan Emery, sister Nancy Emery, step children Joseph Emery, James, Angela, and Karrie Young, Cyrisha and Jymie Graham, and Jeff Long, and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Special thanks to Team Mike, Ray and Kellie Tesh, Gina Lynn Magan, Mike Kitterman and Jackie Powell.

Honoring Mike's wishes, cremation under the direction of Ford-Wulf-Bruns have taken place and no services are planned. The family suggest memorials be made payable to the Coffeyville Community College Foundation Mike Emery Machinist Program and they may be sent in care of the Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave Coffeyville, KS 67337.
