Nina LeeAnn Lee age 50 of Coffeyville tragically passed away from the hands of another on February 15, 2020 in Parsons.
Nina was born on May 16, 1969 in Coffeyville to Virgil and Alice (Orms) Riley. Nina was raised in the Coffeyville community and attended local schools. After school she started working for various employers finding joy working for the elderly at Windsor Place and Asbury Village. She was blessed with three sons. She loved cooking and keeping a clean home. Nina enjoyed playing bingo, finding buys at thrift stores, flea markets, and yard sales. She was a kind soul to everyone she met.
Nina’s memories live on with her sons; Jeffery Carpenter his wife Bonita, Jared Carpenter, and Justin Carpenter, sisters; Teresa Carpenter, Christine Allison, Linda Smith, and half-sister Sharon Conner, half-brother Eugene Riley, and 13 grandchildren.
She now rests with her parents, brother Virgil Orms, sister Ruby Riley, and half-sister Diane Riley.
Friends are invited to share memories and support the family on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The family would graciously accept memorials to help with expenses and they may be sent in care of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel 2405 Woodland Ave. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
