Paul A Head

Paul Allen Head, age 82 passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Medicalodges on Midland in Coffeyville where he had resided for the last 15 years.

Paul was born on March 3, 1942, to Thomas W. and Florence Anita “Marjorie” (Eppler) Head in Coffeyville, Kansas. Paul attended Coffeyville schools and graduated from Field Kindley Memorial High School in 1960. Paul also attended Coffeyville Community College prior to enlisting in the US Air Force in 1961. Paul received an honorable discharge in 1967 after serving also in the Air Force Reserves.

Paul has married Josetta Gautier in France, of that union two daughters Catherine Head-Howard and Marianne Tesse’-Head were born, he loved them dearly. The couple later divorced. Paul later married Monika Stacks in 1973 and they adopted one son, Stephen Head, the couple later divorced.

Paul worked for several companies over the years. He worked a number of years at Clean Harbor’s in Coffeyville as a Security Guard, where he retired from. He enjoyed working on his computer and taking pictures.

Paul is survived by his daughters Catherine Head-Howard and Marianne Tesse’-Head of France, one son Stephan Head of Germany, six grandsons, three great grandkids, and sister Margie Buster who looked after him for the last fifteen years, he had numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Linda Riley.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 10:30am at Restlawn Memorial Park, 2000 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville. Friends may call to pay their respects on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 10am to 5pm at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave. in Coffeyville.
