Rachel Schell

Rachel Schell, 69, of Catawissa, MO, passed away on April 14, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Schell, daughter of the late Richard Redding and his wife Mildred NEE Vestal, was born November 6, 1948 in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Larry Schell on May 11, 1996. Rachel was employed at the Meramec Valley RIII School District as a bus driver.

Mrs. Schell was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Larry Schell; two sons, Phillip and Michael Pechman, and sister, Ann Kull.

Among her survivors are her son, Robert Pechman and wife LeAnn of Robertsville; daughter, Kimberly Baughman and husband Chad of Altamont, KS; Step-daughters, Cara Gibson of St. Peters and Carla Lewis and husband Matthew of Creve Coeur; brother, Richard Redding of House Springs; Sister-in-law, Karen Bartholomew; nine grandchildren, Zach and Chase Pechman, Logan, Lakyn, DeLaney, and Alexis Baughman, and Colin, Alyssa, and Ashley Pechman; Uncle, Sparky Redding; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services were held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Nieburg-Vitt,Thiebes Funeral Home, with Kevin Gambill officiating.. Memorials were to the Charity of the families' choice. Donations may be left in care of the funeral home.

Services will also be held in Coffeyville at Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, KS 67337 on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends from Noon up until service time on Saturday. Burial will take place at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery across from the funeral home.
