Vickie Dick

Vickie Sue Dick age 64 passed away unexpectantly on January 12, 2026, at CRMC in Coffeyville, Kansas.

Vickie was born on October 10, 1961, to Clarence Stansbury and Betty (Scott) Smith in Coffeyville. Vickie attended school in Coffeyville, Independence and Lenapah, Oklahoma where she graduated.

On March 29, 1980, Vickie married Larry Dick and of their union two sons Chad and Corey were born. Coffeyville has remained home for Vickie and Larry.

Vickie started her own Home Cleaning Service, assisting others with their cleaning needs. This gave her the flexibility to be active in her sons’ activities cheering them on in all their sports and activities.

Vickie was known for her giving and caring nature, she always put other needs above her own and helped many people she did not even know.

Spending time outdoors was something that Vickie thoroughly enjoyed doing, she enjoyed camping, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, vacations, and her annual trip with friends to Arkansas camping. She and Larry had a lifelong dream of building a cabin in Arkansas near a lake and though that did not happen they continued to dream about it one day. Vickie enjoyed keeping up with OU Football, KC Chiefs and Royals baseball.

After having two sons and three grandsons Vickie and Larry chose a little female dog, they named Goldie that they love and was apart of their daily life.

Vickie’s family was the most important to her and she leaves behind her husband Larry of 45 years, sons Chad Dick and wife Mickey, Corey Dick and wife Deborah, grandsons Joshua Dick, Eli Dick, and Cason Dick and great granddaughter Addyson Dick that she was so excited of her arrival, her mother Betty Smith, step siblings Everett LeRoy Smith Jr. and wife Dana, Randy Smith and wife Valorie, Anna Mora and husband Curtis, Joyce Vaughn and husband Raymond. She was preceded in death by her dad Clarence Stansbury.
