Andrew Gingery

Andrew L Gingery age 84 of Coffeyville, passed away December 30, 2021 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.

Andrew was born in Altamont on February 14, 1937 to Elmer Leroy Gingery and Leota Perl Doane. He was united in marriage to Linda Vanderford on August 24, 1962. To this union the couple was blessed with 5 children and adopted 4 others. Andrew joined the United States Air Force and served in the National Guard. He found employment with the Smelter, Sherwin Williams, and the Acme Foundry. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, watching westerns and could repair anything with duct tape. He was known to be stubborn but deep down he had a heart of gold and was always there for his family and friends. He will always be remembered for the loving way he picked on  everyone.

Andrew’s memories will live on with his wife Linda of the home, children; Lee Ann Gingery of Coffeyville, Andy Gingery of Horicon, WI, Ernestine Marshall, Buffie Kenny, Randy Gingery, Penny Gingery, Ben Gingery, Earl Gingery, and Chelsea Gingery all of Coffeyville, 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, and his sister Imogene Shamblin of Independence, KS.

He now rests with his parents, his sister Pat Hall, brother Ben Gingery, and grandson Jedidiah Gibbons.

Memorial Services will be held on Monday, January 03, 2022 at 1:00pm at the Agapé Fellowship Church with Pastor Kevin O’Connor officiating. To share a memory or to leave the family a message of condolence, please visit www.fordwulfbrunschapel.com
